Scrum Master / Team Coach

We ARE Renewables is seeking a Scrum Master/Team coach Specialist for one of our clients in Utrecht.

Tasks and responsibilities

In collaboration with your teams, product owners, leads, and other scrum masters, you actively work on strengthening team performance and team flow, both within the teams and in the broader context of the result cluster. You challenge the teams to continuously improve, take ownership, prioritize based on value, and work in a data-driven manner. You are aware of your role and position and create a positive and safe working environment where constructive feedback conversations are possible, contributing to the growth of team members and to a work environment where everyone can be themselves. You act as a change expert within the cluster and, together with your fellow scrum masters from other clusters, coach the teams within the broader context of interdependencies and the development of the team and cluster roadmap. You leverage your skills regarding agile methods and techniques to resolve impediments. You apply agile principles not based on Scrum theory, but on the needs of the teams, closely aligned with the dynamics of the commercial teams.

• A completed university degree and certified Scrum Master (minimum PSM II, SAFe);
• At least 7 years of recent experience in an agile leadership role, of which at least 5 years as a Scrum Master, with the application of SAFe within large service-oriented organizations;
• You have proven experience as a team coach of commercial teams;
• You have experience with (scaled) agile working in complex environments;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages; English is the working language in a number of ComIT teams;
• You have experience managing multiple teams simultaneously and you know how to address behavioral patterns and bring about change;
• You dare to keep asking questions until you get to the heart of a problem. You can think conceptually and act in the moment;
• You are sincere, connecting, give others the spotlight, and bring people together across team and disciplinary boundaries;
