Senior CRM Consultant

You’ll be joining a UK-based CRM vendor that builds and implements its own platform for mid-market organisations across sales, marketing, service, and order management. Because the business owns the product, you’ll work closer to the platform and the customer outcome than at most CRM consultancies. The Professional Services team is small, senior, hands-on, and investing heavily in AI-assisted delivery.

The role

You’ll own CRM implementations end to end discovery, configuration, data migration, integration scoping, UAT, training, and go-live. This is a consulting role, not delivery-by-numbers: you’ll shape the solution, manage your own commercials, and push back constructively when a customer’s requested approach won’t get them the outcome they want.

What you’ll own

• Discovery & solution design - lead workshops with senior stakeholders and design CRM solutions across sales, marketing, service, and order management
• Delivery - own implementations end to end planning, configuration, data migration, integration, UAT, training, go-live
• Customer success - run business review workshops with existing customers, producing roadmap recommendations
• Pre-sales & commercials - support scoping calls and estimating, write statements of work, track budget burn, spot expansion opportunities
• Advisory & mentoring - challenge customers when needed, and coach less experienced consultants

Where AI fits in

Where a customer needs something outside the box, the team builds it with AI coding tools. You won’t need to be a developer, but genuine curiosity about AI-assisted delivery matters, consultants are spending less time configuring and more time directing and reviewing, so this role looks a lot more like AI project management within a year. That’s why business analysis and stakeholder skills count for more here than deep technical depth.What you’ll bring

• Proven CRM implementation experience (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar) - CRM specifically, not general SaaS or consulting
• The presence to hold a room: credible with senior stakeholders, comfortable pushing back
• A structured, commercially minded approach to requirements, budgets, and delivery
• Comfortable with data migration, integrations, and reporting - configuration experience essential, SQL a bonus
• Genuine curiosity about AI-assisted delivery

Package and benefits

• OTE £50,000 - £75,000 (base £42,000 - £67,000, depending on experience/level)
• £5,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly, averaging 80-100% of target recently) + £3,000 car allowance
• Hybrid: three days a week in the office, two WFH
• Occasional customer site visits (roughly monthly) no late-shift or night work
