Job description

As our CRM Developer, you’ll act as a technical subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its associated technologies. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party suppliers to design, develop and deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Acting as the technical SME for Dynamics 365 CE across Premium Credit
  • Designing, developing and implementing new CRM features and enhancements
  • Supporting and improving existing Dynamics solutions
  • Developing integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus
  • Producing functional and technical solution designs
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring technical best practice
  • Supporting testing, releases and deployment activities
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and customer outcomes

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Strong Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) experience
  • Extensive experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dynamics Plugins and Workflows, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus
  • Strong configuration and customisation skills within Dynamics 365
  • Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
  • Experience working within Agile environments
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications
  • Experience of Dynamics 365 Marketing, Microsoft Portal, Microsoft Field Service
  • Data migration and large-scale deployment experience
  • SSIS, SSRS and KingswaySoft experience, * Agile Methodology
