ERP Project Manager

This is a pivotal, high visibility role for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the full migration from a legacy Sage system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Reporting to the CIO, you will own the project from requirements gathering and vendor management through to deployment and post go live stabilisation. You will work closely with a business analyst, solution architect and third party implementation partners, translating business needs into a solution that delivers real value across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Operations. It suits someone who thrives on ownership, is comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once, and wants their next project to leave a lasting mark., * Lead end to end delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards

• Oversee the migration from Sage to Dynamics 365 F&O, including data migration, integration and process alignment
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs and progress reports
• Manage and coordinate internal teams, third party implementation partners and key business stakeholders
• Drive testing, user acceptance and change management activity to secure user adoption
• Ensure the solution design aligns with business processes, compliance and industry best practice
• Establish project governance and lead steering committee meetings
• Act as the primary liaison between IT, Finance, Operations and other business functions
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables alongside the business analyst and solution architect
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and resource allocation

• 5+ years experience in IT or business systems project management, ideally Prince2, PMP or Agile certified
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX
• Experience managing mixed internal and external delivery teams
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Operations
• Strong background in data migration, integration (Azure/Power Platform) and reporting tools (Power BI)
• Degree in Information Systems, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels

Desirable / Nice to Have:

• Previous experience with Sage ERP systems (e.g. Sage 200, Sage X3), ideally migrating from Sage to Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Exposure to Power Apps, Dataverse or Azure DevOps, or certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365

• 2 year fixed term contract with a well established Northern Ireland manufacturing and engineering organisation
• Lead a full ERP migration end to end, moving the business from Sage onto Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Salary up to £55,000, plus pension, private healthcare and bonus
• On site role, Northern Ireland, with occasional overseas travel
