Product Owner

You’ll work closely with engineering, data, and business teams to turn complex problems into intuitive products people enjoy using. Experience in AI, data, developer tools, or other strong product-led technology companies is highly relevant.

What You’ll Do

1. Own the product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.
2. Build intuitive, high-quality products with a strong focus on the user experience.
3. Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and product outcomes.
4. Prioritize across user needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
5. Turn ambiguous problems into focused, executable releases.
6. Use customer feedback and product data to continuously improve the product.
7. Partner closely with engineering and drive alignment across teams.
8. Move quickly while maintaining a high bar for product quality., Our hiring process utilizes artificial intelligence tools to assist in candidate screening and assessment. Our AI tools are designed to complement, not replace, human decision-making.

1. Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role owning a live software product.
2. Experience with AI, data, developer tools, or technically sophisticated products is strongly preferred.
3. Track record of building customer-facing products that are intuitive and delightful to use.
4. Strong product judgment and ability to simplify complex problems.
5. Experience using KPIs, usage data, and customer insights to guide decisions.
6. High agency and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
7. Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong Plus

1. Engineering background or strong technical fluency.
2. Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, agents, data infrastructure, or analytics products.
3. Experience taking products from 0*1 and iterating based on real-world usage.

The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $90,000 -$120,000. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses.
