- Monitoring, Wartung und Pflege von bestehenden IT Infrastrukturen, inhouse sowie bei Endkunden vor Ort
- Installation, Konfiguration von Client Server Systemen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Migrationen und Rollouts
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der zu betreuenden Systeme
- 2nd & 3rd Level Support
Requirements
- IT-relevante Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung in der Netzwerkbetreuung
- Gute praktische Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Microsoft Infrastrukturen, Backup, Security- und Virtualisierungslösungen
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Cloud Services sind wünschenswert
- PKW Führerschein
