Job description

  • Analyse, Qualifizierung und Behebung von IT-Störungen im Hard- und Softwareumfeld
  • Wartung und Erweiterung der Netzwerke sowie der Remote Access Verbindungen (VPN)
  • Beratung bei der Auswahl sowie Beschaffung neuer IT-Produkte

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-relevanten Ausbildung sowie praktische Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Anwender Support
  • Gute praktische Kenntnisse im Microsoft Systemumfeld (Windows XP, Windows 7, Active Directory)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit VMWare
  • Englische Sprachkenntnisse
