IT Equipment Coordinator , OTS

Responsibilities include allocation and maintenance of IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center. IT Equipment Coordinators are also responsible for the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty. The IT Equipment Coordinator is a member of the larger IT team within the Fulfillment Center and will specifically support the IT Support Technicians and IT Support Engineers in daily projects and activities as directed. This position reports directly to the IT manager for the location., Candidate must have a solid understanding of computers and computer related equipment (i.e. printers, scanners, storage devices, monitors, etc.). Must be willing to perform cable management, inventory, and equipment audits routinely.

Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts

• Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting, or asset management
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High School diploma, or equivalent
• Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
• Experience in customer service
• Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
• Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines
