Job description
- Aktive Ansprache und Betreuung bestehender sowie potenzieller Kunden
- Identifikation von Up-Selling- und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen
- Beratung zu digitalen Produkten und SoftwarelĂśsungen
- Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenanfragen und Angeboten
- Pflege von Kundendaten und Vertriebsaktivitäten im CRM
- Zusammenarbeit mit Aussendienst, Marketing und internen Vertriebsteams
- UnterstĂźtzung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Kunden- und Vertriebsprozessen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im aktiven B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise mit Software, IT-LĂśsungen oder digitalen Produkten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM- oder SAP-Systemen und MS Office sowie technisches Verständnis fßr digitale LÜsungen
