- Mitwirkung bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Client Server Systemen im Endkundenbereich
- Störungsanalyse- und Beseitung
- Benutzverwaltung- und Berechtigung
- Koordination des 1st Level Supports
- Ticket Dokumentation
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene IT-relevante Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration und Support
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit einem Ticketing System sowie im Microsoft und Linux Systemumfeld
- Praktische Kenntnisse mit dem Betriebssystem OS X sind wünschenswert, jedoch keine Bedingung
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
