CTIO - Site Reliability Engineer- Senior Associate

As a Site Reliability Engineer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the reliability, scalability, and performance of our organizational technology infrastructure. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on automating processes, monitoring systems, and resolving incidents to maintain a seamless user experience. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, develop your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality solutions.

In this role at PwC, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust, secure IT systems that support business operations. You will work to optimize the performance of networks, servers, and data centers, minimizing downtime and confirming smooth business operations. Your ability to analyze complex problems and mentor others will be key to your success, as you uphold professional and technical standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing robust IT systems to support business operations and minimize downtime
• Automating processes to enhance the reliability and scalability of technology infrastructure
• Monitoring systems to identify and resolve incidents, confirming seamless user experiences
• Collaborating with teams to develop and deploy automation solutions for improved performance
• Utilizing cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure to optimize system performance
• Conducting performance and load testing to validate system reliability and scalability
• Applying analytical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
• Engaging in continuous process improvement to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness
• Developing and maintaining storage architecture to support data integrity and accessibility
• Leading incident management and resolution efforts to maintain operational continuity

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics
• Demonstrating AI fluency and AI-human collaboration skills

• Designing automation frameworks and developing automation solutions

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
