Technical Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Deploy, install, configure, and support desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and related hardware. Perform workstation setup, hardware replacements, cable management, and equipment moves. Provide Level I desktop support for hardware, software, and operating system issues. Troubleshoot common desktop, printer, and peripheral device problems. Assist users with software installations, account access, and technical support requests. Support deployment projects and technology rollouts across multiple facilities and departments. Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and support activities. Work closely with end users to ensure a positive customer experience throughout deployment and support activities. Assist with inventory tracking, equipment staging, and asset management processes. Support basic network connectivity troubleshooting, including IP address and connectivity-related issues. Overview: Our client is seeking a Technical Analyst to support a large-scale desktop deployment and end-user technology initiative within a healthcare environment. This role will focus on workstation deployments, hardware installations, software support, cable management, and end-user assistance across multiple facilities.
