IT Support Analyst

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on IT Systems Analyst to support day-to-day technology operations for our Oklahoma City-based oil and gas company. This role is responsible for maintaining core systems, assisting end users, and supporting infrastructure. • Manage and respond to user requests through the internal IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Ability to support Active Directory user and group management, including account creation, password resets, and access permissions.
• Apply and maintain Group Policy settings to enforce consistent system configurations and security standards.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV equipment and support conference room technology.
• Maintain system security through regular updates, patches, and endpoint protection practices.
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring proper setup and decommissioning of user accounts and devices.
• Monitor and support network connectivity, printing services, and shared resources.

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or systems administration.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, basic networking, and endpoint security.
• Experience working with Active Directory, Group Policy, and ticketing platforms.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a user-first approach.
