Endpoint Platform Engineer

Administer and configure Linux-based endpoint systems and enterprise-scale IGEL thin client platforms. Enforce system policies, profile configurations, and compliance rules using Workspace ONE and Omnissa. Execute advanced hardware diagnostics, firmware updates, and component repairs on laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve complex operating system faults, profile corruptions, and endpoint configuration anomalies. Deploy platform upgrades, manage mass device configurations, and execute environment-stabilization initiatives. Formulate standardized technical documentation, device deployment runbooks, and operational baseline standards. Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and end-user computing teams to optimize overall platform performance. 5 or more years of experience engineering and supporting enterprise-scale endpoint and desktop computing environments. Proficiency in managing and administering IGEL thin client platforms and Linux-based endpoint operating systems. Experience with managing modern mobile device management solutions utilizing Workspace ONE, Omnissa, or AirWatch. Experience in performing deep hardware diagnostics and firmware-level troubleshooting across diverse client devices. Experience with executing large-scale platform rollouts, operating system upgrades, and environment-stabilization workflows. Experience in authoring comprehensive standard operating procedures, technical configurations, and platform standards. Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills to partner with end-user computing and security teams.
