Application Support Analyst :: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

Seeking for an Application Support Analyst to provide application support, troubleshooting, testing, reporting, data analysis, and business systems analysis for enterprise applications. The role will work closely with end users, process owners, technical teams, departments, and consultants to support ongoing application operations and enhancements. Responsibilities:

• Provide primary application support for systems.
• Troubleshoot application and user issues and coordinate issue resolution.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for application changes and enhancements.
• Create and modify reports and forms using Crystal Reports.
• Write SQL queries to extract, update, validate, and analyze data.
• Work with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Prepare data extracts based on user and public data requests.
• Gather and document business and application requirements.
• Support application enhancements, upgrades, conversions, and implementation activities.
• Track project deliverables, work plans, and status updates.
• Coordinate and conduct end-user training and maintain training materials.

• 4-6 years of SQL experience.
• 4-6 years of Crystal Reports experience.
• Experience with SQL Server and SSMS.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise software applications.
• Experience with application testing, test plans, and test case execution.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and conversions.
• Strong teamwork, analytical, troubleshooting, and learning abilities.
• Experience providing end-user training and developing training materials is preferred.
