Program Evaluation Lead (Systems and Informatics) :: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Evaluation Lead (Systems and Informatics) to lead program evaluation and data collection strategies. This role involves working with management, producing reports, and ensuring data integrity., * Develop and implement evaluation and quality improvement strategies.

• Incorporate data and evaluation into program planning and reporting.
• Stay updated on public health research and evaluation trends.
• Ensure effective data collection and reporting.
• Produce periodic program reports and assist with data interpretation.
• Maintain and update databases and procedure manuals.
• Coordinate data collection and entry among staff.
• Lead training and orientation for new program staff.

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in public health or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing evaluation strategies.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and report creation.

• Desired Skills:

• Experience in complex data collection and analysis.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry platforms.
• Ability to lead with no formal authority and gain staff cooperation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
