Job Summary (List Format): Salesforce Developer DHHS Child Welfare Technology System

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Child Welfare solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and other features based on business needs.
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with QA teams to ensure solution quality.
• Track and manage development activities using Jira Scrum and Kanban boards.
• Conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and document business/technical requirements.
• Analyze the impact of new requirements on existing and proposed systems.
• Develop sustainable system designs and utilize existing design patterns.
• Review user requests and design systems aligned with organizational strategy.
• Prepare documentation and project plans, including resource projections.
• Troubleshoot application and data issues, proactively monitor/support production applications.
• Engage with business analysts, end-users, and technical teams for requirement clarification and solution alignment.
• Participate in technical committees, governance meetings, and peer/code reviews.
• Write technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and assist with user training materials.
• Maintain and enforce organizational standards, procedures, and approved methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and remediate vulnerabilities as required.
