Job description

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of secure, scalable, and user-centric Salesforce solutions for the NC DHHS Early Education Integration System.

Drive technical strategy and execution across the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and technical leads to transform business needs into technical solutions and robust architectures.
Design and implement complex integrations with external systems, primarily leveraging APIs and Salesforce integration tools.
Ensure solutions adhere to data security, performance, and compliance standards, including backup and restore strategies.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and advocate for Salesforce best practices, balancing standard functionality and custom development.
Produce high-quality technical documentation, including solution diagrams and architectural artifacts.
Lead code reviews, design workshops, and release planning activities to ensure quality and consistency across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Support Agile development processes, including backlog refinement and user story decomposition.
Assist with environment setup and DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline management using tools such as Copado.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and timely project delivery.
Utilize deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL, and Salesforce Shield & Lightning.
Leverage experience in data migration, ETL, mobile solutions, accessibility, and version control to deliver high-quality solutions., ** The candidate will be able to work remote. Requirements

7+ years in Salesforce architecture, development, configuration, and integration.

Experience with Salesforce Platform Developer II, App Builder, Integration Architect, and Technical/Application Architect roles.
Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce administration.
Hands-on with DevOps, CI/CD (Copado), GITHUB/Bitbucket, and Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of data migration, ETL tools, mobile architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
