to develop and execute a technology strategy that supports safe, secure, and high-quality healthcare delivery supporting operations and high-quality patient care 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7). # This position is a salaried position with a pay range of $157,892 - $263,120. #Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.# In this position, the individual would have general working hours of Monday # Friday 8am # 5pm though exact hours may vary to support the needs of our organization and team.# This leadership role is eligible for hybrid work requiring onsite/local to Columbus, IN presence at least 50% of the time. What the successful candidate will bring to this position: Bachelor#s degree from a four-year college or university required. #Master#s degree in related field preferred.# Eight to ten (8-10) years progressive experience in managing Information Services organization within healthcare-related environment required. #
