C++ Software Engineer

• Work in the Josh system to add core features across platform and application domains
• Write device drivers and work on integrations with all our wonderful partners products
• Regular communication, written and verbal, to work cross functionally with both backend and frontend development, UI/UX designers and others in the company
• Identify system troubleshooting and deploy problem solving issues across platform and application domains
• Contribute to architecture and recommend process improvements

• 4-year degree in computer science or a related field
• 3 years professional experience in C++ programming
• Excellent interpersonal skills in communications, project management and problem solving skills, * Experience with Go and/or Python
• Experience with FreeRTOS or embedded systems
• Interest and/or experience in the smart home automation movement
• Comfortable with frequent incremental code testing and deployment
• Knowledge of an agile team environment and processes, along with tools like GIT and JIRA

Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000.
