Technical Services Associate

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable professional to join our team as a Technical Services Associate. This position is onsite and located in our Chantilly VA office., * Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support teams in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, software, networked, and wireless systems.

• Manage work assignments and tasks through a ticketing system.
• Assist with computer moves, system imaging, deployment, and ensure proper documentation of equipment reception and removal.
• Maintain and update accurate asset records.
• Support video-teleconferencing (VTC) and audiovisual events, including scheduling, setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing AV/VTC events with minimal supervision when necessary.
• Develop and implement procedures, policies, and technical solutions to address customers’ AV and VTC requirements.
• Participate in handling AV and VTC installations as well as hardware upgrades.

• Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree and 0-2 years of experience. 4 additional years of experience can be used in lieu of a degree.
• Security+ Certification
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a Poly.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens
• Experience providing onsite technical support
• 1-2 years of experience doing hardware updates

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
