Representative, Data Operations & Compliance

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Representative, Data Operations & Compliance to join an experienced compliance reporting team. This role is a mix of customer service, data processing, and problem-solving. Day to day, you’ll help with data and file questions, review information for accuracy, enter and update data, and work with internal teams to resolve issues., * Support customers using web applications and services.

• Help with file and data questions, including errors, warnings, inaccurate information, and submission schedules.
• Review and process data files to make sure information is accurate and meets data and compliance requirements.
• Answer questions by email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Document interactions and requests in Salesforce.
• Follow up on open questions and work with internal teams to find solutions.
• Partner with internal teams and leadership when additional support is needed.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and other department activities.
• Provide feedback on training and learning programs.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external customers through clear and professional communication.
• Learn new processes, share ideas, and adapt as priorities change., * 1-2 weeks of onboarding and training.
• This role will primarily support data files and processing.
• This is intended to be a temporary assignment, with potential to extend based on business needs.
• No overtime is permitted for temporary employees.
