Technical Lead

• The individual will function as Solution Architect and responsible to Upgrade Plans, Design, Code and Develop CIO Maps and Workflows
• An important skill required is the ability to understand the user requirements and processes.
• She/he will be responsible for the overall site implementation of Camstar
• Responsible to distribute the work within team members.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Experienced with large, global projects and is responsible for the overall quality of delivery on the assigned project.
• Complete life cycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) on Siemens OpCenter (earlier Camstar)
• Experience in Solution Architecture, Camstar Designer and CIO
• Experience in Camstar Upgrade
• Experience in leading the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model
• Domain experience in Life Science
• Knowledge of interfaces with the Camstar MES application and external applications like ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI etc.
• Should have a fair understanding of computer system validations process.
• Knowledge of SQL, * Good communication skills, adaptable, fast learner, committed and driven to set and achieve team goals
• Good leadership abilities; able to coordinate and direct phases of project based efforts while supervising, motivating and leading project teams
• Must possess excellent ability to facilitate effective communication.
• Good Team skill.
