Captures resolution of issues elevated to Tier II support for later use in identifying systemic issues. Performs the administrative operation and maintenance of printer server hardware and software. Manages and images client computers. Maintains baseline configurations and performs modification of configuration settings. Education: Technical TrainingAssociates Degree in related field Experience:3+ years of related experience Technical skills:DOD 8570 IAT Level II requiredWindows 10 and Service Desk Administration experience requiredCompetent to work at a high technical level on all phases of information systems operationsGood communication skills; shows tact, effective listening skills and follow throughProvides technical guidance with administrators with less experienceMust be able to effectively conduct and interpret tests, and troubleshoot solutions of moderately complex operational problemsDetail oriented and organized; able to understand information systems and ensure accuracy of workMinimum of 2 year experience with troubleshooting the following enterprise components: Windows , Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCMDNS,DHCP, Terminal Services, Printers, Digital Senders Security clearance level:TS/SCI Required US citizenship required Role requirements:Position is On-Site in Aberdeen, NCMust be able to Lift Over 35 Lbs GDIT IS YOUR PLACEAt GDIT, the mission is our purpose, and our people are at the center of everything we do.
