Senior Data Engineer - MS Fabric

Your expertise will directly impact the organization’s ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making and innovation. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Fabric, from initial setup to production-ready solutions.
• Design and build a Medallion Architecture within Fabric, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using Python notebooks and Fabric Data Engineering tools.
• Integrate Power BI DevOps practices into the data development workflow, streamlining deployment and collaboration.
• Deliver hands-on coaching, workshops, and structured knowledge transfer sessions to upskill the internal data team.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless handover and long-term platform ownership.
• Champion a builder-first mindset, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience implementing Microsoft Fabric in production environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in building Medallion Architectures, scalable data pipelines, and Fabric-based solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, notebooks, and modern data engineering workflows.
• Solid understanding of Power BI and DevOps practices, with hands-on experience integrating these into data projects.
• Exceptional communication and training skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable knowledge.
• Collaborative team player who can lead initiatives and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on problem solver with a passion for coaching and empowering others.
