Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Physics, Math, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering , or a related technical field, ideally combined with experience in product development, semiconductor engineering, or a comparable industrial environment 5+ years of professional experience in software, AI, data, analytics engineering, technical product ownership, or a related role, including at least 2 years in a hands-on technical position Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least one enterprise AI-enabled solution , such as RAG, Generative AI, or agentic workflow automation, from initial idea through MVP to productive use Hands-on experience with Python and SQL , plus practical knowledge of common LLM frameworks and tools, machine learning, or data science Solid understanding to design scalable cloud-based architectures Experience in guiding AI solutions through the full lifecycle from concept to implementation and operation General familiarity with modern DevOps or DataOps practices Experience coordinating business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical delivery partners in a cross-functional environment Strong interest in applying AI safely and responsibly to create measurable value for users and the business Fluent English ; German is a
