Project Manager AI and Data Science

• Leading the development and implementation of innovative and strategic projects to develop highly scalable AI solutions within our global AI@BE program in alignment with business objectives and operational needs
• Responsible for initiate and drive scaling projects, replicating successful solutions across sites to maximize impact
• Collaborating with cross-functional & global teams, including data scientists and domain experts from Operations and IT, to deliver effective and scalable solutions
• Acting as a single point of contact for strategic AI topics within the global AI program to facilitate communication and decision-making
• Partner with other AI Project Managers to co-develop new methods, tools, and best practices that strengthen the broader AI organization

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related scientific or technical field
• Have at least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the field of semiconductor technology development
• Demonstrate experience in a track record of managing strategic and high-impact projects in a global, cross-functional environment and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of AI, data science, and analytics methods, and their application in manufacturing or operations
• Have the ability to communicate fluently in English and engage stakeholders of different nationalities and cultures
