Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring ecosystem. Proven ability to design and implement complex backend solutions simply and effectively. Solid understanding of performance, security, and maintainability best practices. Experience across full software development lifecycle and CI/CD workflows. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Demonstrated willingness to mentor and support team members. Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and pragmatic problem-solving. Familiarity with Postgres, Kafka, REST APIs, and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus is a plus.
