Electrical Engineer, PE - Data Centers

• Lead electrical design from early planning through construction and commissioning.
• Design medium and low voltage distribution systems, including utility service, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, PDUs, and branch power distribution.
• Develop and review one line diagrams, load calculations, equipment schedules, specifications, and construction documents.
• Perform or oversee short circuit, coordination, arc flash, and other power system studies.
• Design for reliability, redundancy, maintainability, and future expansion.
• Coordinate electrical requirements with mechanical cooling systems, controls, fire protection, structural, and technology teams.
• Guide engineers and designers, review technical deliverables, and serve as engineer of record where appropriate.
• Work with clients, utilities, vendors, and contractors to resolve technical issues and support equipment selection.
• Review submittals, respond to RFIs, evaluate field changes, and participate in site visits, testing, and commissioning.

We are seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for large scale data center and mission critical projects. The ideal candidate brings strong power distribution expertise, experience coordinating across MEP disciplines, and the ability to guide projects from concept through construction.

• Own projects from design to delivery, A successful Electrical Engineer, PE - Data Centers should have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Electrical design experience on data centers or other mission critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of medium and low voltage power distribution and MEP coordination.
• Familiarity with applicable codes and standards, including NEC and NFPA requirements.
• Ability to lead technical deliverables and communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Experience with Revit, SKM, ETAP, or similar tools preferred.
