50 For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Providing IT support for employees and resolving hardware and software issues
• Setting up, maintaining and upgrading workstations and peripherals
• Installing and configuring operating systems, drivers and applications
• Administration and maintenance of our company network and IT infrastructure
• Managing user accounts, permissions and access rights
• Monitoring and troubleshooting IT systems and services
• Supporting backups, updates and security measures
• Maintaining and documenting IT systems and procedures
• Coordinating with external IT service providers where required, * HR Interview: Focuses on motivation, communication skills, and general fit.
• Technical/Skill Interview: Conducted by the relevant department (programming, art, design, etc.) to assess technical competence and problem-solving abilities.
• Team Interview / Panel: May include future team members or project leads to assess collaboration skills and team fit.

1. Task or Test (if applicable) * For technical or creative roles, a small task, coding challenge, or portfolio review may be assigned. * This helps evaluate practical skills relevant to the position.

2. Final Decision * HR and the hiring manager review all feedback. * Reference checks may be done if necessary. * Offer letter is prepared and sent to the selected candidate.

3. Onboarding * Once the candidate accepts, HR handles contracts, equipment setup, and orientation. * New hires are introduced to their team and current projects.

• Experience in IT administration or a comparable IT role
• Good practical understanding of PC hardware, Windows systems and common office software
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows-based environments
• Basic knowledge of networking, VPNs and firewalls
• Structured and independent approach to problem-solving
• Good German and English communication skills
• Experience with Linux, virtualization, databases or scripting is an advantage, but not required
