Senior .NET Developer (AI & Agentic Engineering)

• Developing modern .NET applications and APIs
• Designing scalable cloud-native architectures
• Leveraging AI agents to accelerate engineering delivery
• Building intelligent automations and AI-powered workflows
• Collaborating with product, architecture and data teams
• Championing engineering standards and best practice

• Strong C# and .NET development experience
• .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• REST API and microservices architecture
• Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
• SQL Server and data integration
• CI/CD, Git and automated testing
• Modern software architecture and design patterns

Agentic AI Experience (Essential):

• Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf or similar
• Building, integrating or orchestrating AI agents within business applications
• Working with LLM APIs and AI development frameworks
• Prompt engineering and AI-assisted software delivery
• Experience designing workflows that combine human and AI decision-making
• Understanding of AI governance, security and best practices, * Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills
• Passion for emerging AI technologies
• Excellent stakeholder communication
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams
• A continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for innovation
