UX Designer

*UX Design

• Conduct user research, persona creation, and journey mapping
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design intuitive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces

• Perform usability testing and iterate based on feedback *Design-to-Development Integration

• Translate UX/UI designs into functional front-end components
• Ensure technical feasibility of designs
• Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs
• Maintain consistency with design systems and UI standards

Design Skills

• User research, usability testing
• Wireframing & prototyping tools (Figma)
• Strong knowledge of design systems, typography, accessibility
• Experience doing service design/User research
• Ideally, experience with AI delivery
• Ideally GDS experience, with an understanding of complex gov/defence projects

• Experience to work towards a successful GDS assessment Development Skills

• Responsive & mobile-first design implementation
