Senior Agile Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join a large-scale Software Engineering program focused on Program Control Services. In this role, you will act as a servant leader, facilitator, and Agile coach, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while fostering continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration across the organization.

The position is based in Spain and follows a hybrid working model, combining remote work with office attendance to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

It is mandatory to reside in Spain and hold a valid work permit for Spain., * Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring effective execution and alignment with delivery objectives.

• Coordinate cross-functional software engineering teams, managing dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery commitments across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to maintain backlog health, prioritize work, and maximize business value.
• Monitor and analyze Agile delivery metrics, including velocity, burndown, cycle time, and lead time, driving continuous improvement initiatives and delivery predictability.

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Project Lead, or similar Agile delivery role.
• Minimum 6 years of experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies within software engineering environments.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for software development teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale software projects involving multiple teams and complex dependencies.
• Experience using Agile metrics including velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, lead time, and sprint performance indicators.
• English level B2/C1 mandatory.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering Teams, Architects, Business Stakeholders, and Program Leadership.
• Ability to identify, manage, and resolve delivery impediments and organizational blockers., * Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or PSM II).
• SAFe Agilist certification.
• Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
• Experience with Build Management practices.
• Experience with Configuration & Release Management processes.
• Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.
