Platform Management: Build, maintain, and optimize large-scale Linux platforms and Ceph storage clusters. Continuity & Support: Provide Level 3 support, working closely with Level 2 teams and participating in on-call rotations (approx. 1 week every 6) after an initial adaptation period. Knowledge Transfer: Collaborate with colleagues in Cologne (Germany) to absorb institutional knowledge of legacy systems and document critical processes. Continuous Improvement: Identify performance bottlenecks and propose/implement proactive improvements to the existing architecture., We offer personalised career plans, annual performance evaluations and programmes to develop skills. We operate in Spanish and English and therefore provide unlimited language training. We work on international projects and define best practices with United Internet partners. We have flexible start and finish times, respecting a schedule of meetings in the central part of the morning and a range of work from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a hybrid model in one of our offices (Alcobendas, Valencia, Barcelona, Seville or Logroño). Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Linux systems administration, with at least 1-2 years in team leadership or technical management roles. Storage: Proven experience operating Ceph clusters. Automation & Configuration: Strong command of configuration management tools (Puppet, Saltstack) and orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform). Scripting: Advanced proficiency in BASH and Python. Cloud & Virtualization: Hands-on experience with OpenStack. Observability: Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
