IT & Software Inventory Associate

Sierra, a division of XYZ Tech Inc. in Chicago, IL, seeks a Day/Evening Merchandise Associate to support our technology product operations. In this role, you’ll manage digital and physical inventory for software and IT products, ensure accurate product data in internal systems, and coordinate with cross-functional tech teams. You’ll help track orders, prepare merchandise for client deliveries, update databases, and support reporting. Responsibilities

• Manage digital and physical inventory for IT and software merchandise
• Maintain accurate product information in internal systems and databases
• Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and IT teams on merchandise needs
• Prepare merchandise and documentation for client deliveries
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or issues
• Support basic data entry and reporting for merchandise metrics
