Full Stack AI Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a .NET Full Stack AI Engineer for one of our top property management clients. This individual will serve as a hands-on engineer responsible for designing, building, and deploying modern business applications and automation solutions across various business functions. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack developer at their core, with expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, while also embracing AI-powered development practices and emerging AI capabilities.

This person will partner directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and digital transformation. They should be excited about exploring the “art of the possible” with AI, leveraging modern tools and technologies to rapidly build solutions that create measurable business value.

This role is primarily hands-on development, with regular collaboration and design discussions with technical leadership and business partners., Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and modern web technologies.

Build intuitive user experiences and business applications that streamline and automate operational processes.

Collaborate directly with business teams to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop automation solutions.

Leverage AI technologies, agentic workflows, and automation tools to enhance business processes and application capabilities.

Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and increase productivity.

Design and develop cloud-native solutions within Microsoft Azure, utilizing Azure services to support application scalability, reliability, and automation initiatives.

Manage source control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes through Azure DevOps.

Develop integrations between business systems, APIs, databases, and AI services.

Participate in technical design discussions and bring innovative ideas regarding AI adoption, automation opportunities, and emerging technologies.

Produce clean, maintainable, and secure code with strong attention to performance, scalability, logging, and error handling.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.

• .NET full stack experience (primary requirement) with proven delivery of production systems.
• Hands-on experience building agentic models
• Python experience (intermediate level) for model tooling, data prep, or orchestration.
• Active use of AI tools for coding (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar); specific tool is flexible.
• Experience building modern front-end applications using Blazor.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployments.
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations.
• Experience with vectorized LLMs / embedding strategies (vector stores, similarity search, indexing).
• Strong communication skills - Property Management Experience
• Familiarity with deal analysis/investment or property acquisition analytics (domain context helpful).
