Systems Engineer II, Life Cycle Engineering

The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) department is seeking a Logistics Systems Engineer II to join our team onsite in Woburn, MA. In this role, you will be a key member of the LCE organization, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and customer program leaders. As a Logistics Systems Engineer II, you will develop and maintain detailed Logistics Supportability Analyses (LSA), provisioning data for parts, and spares analyses for hardware within Radar Systems. You will review and analyze engineering drawings and 3D models to develop Logistics Data Products. Your contributions will directly support radar hardware sustainment, readiness, and long-term system performance.

Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) ensures our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable, and delivered on time. Our team supports the entire product lifecycle, from conception to deactivation, with a focus on product support disciplines, including Reliability, System Safety, and Supportability. Your contributions will directly impact the success of critical missions and our customers’ ability to achieve their objectives., * Analyze engineering drawings, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and CREO 3D models produced by design engineering teams to perform Logistics Supportability Analysis.

• Develop and maintain detailed Logistics Support Analyses (LSA), provisioning data, and spares analyses for hardware across product lines.
• Work under consultative direction to apply advanced logistics principles in developing complex program-level concepts and plans.
• Implement and oversee the successful execution of logistics plans.
• Work under consultative direction to develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for proposal efforts.

• Design engineering experience, including interpreting and developing Technical Data Packages such as engineering drawings and/or parts lists.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Knowledge of Hardware Generation Breakdown or Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as SolidWorks or CreoView.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis.
• Experience developing and maintaining Logistics Management Information (LMI) in accordance with GEIA-STD-0007 or MIL-STD-1388-2B.
• Practical knowledge of tools such as EAGLE, POWERLOG, or SLICWave.
• Expertise in developing Logistics Plans, Spares Analyses, and Spares Lists (e.g., Poisson-based statistical analysis, OPUS Suite, or similar software).
• Hands-on experience with hardware repair and maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with U.S. military supply chain processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
