Software Deployment Coordinator

TD Synnex, an innovative San Francisco tech company, seeks a Prep Desk Specialist to coordinate and prepare software deployment activities for enterprise clients. You’ll manage incoming requests, validate technical requirements, configure standard environments, and ensure all assets, documentation, and access are ready for engineering and implementation teams. Partner closely with developers, project managers, and support to track status, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records. • Review and validate technical requirements and deployment prerequisites
• Prepare standard configurations and environments based on runbooks and playbooks

• Maintain accurate records, tickets, and status reports in workflow tools
