Software Implementation Specialist

TD Synnex is seeking a Prep Desk Specialist to support software implementation and deployment workflows for enterprise clients. In this role, you will intake and validate technical requests, coordinate environment setup, prepare configuration documentation, and ensure all prerequisites are met for smooth project execution. You will collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and support teams to track tasks, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records in internal systems. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable with IT tools, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on continuous improvement., * Process and validate incoming prep desk and implementation requests

• Coordinate software environment and account setup prior to deployment
• Prepare and maintain configuration and deployment documentation
• Track tasks and status in internal ticketing or project systems
