Recruitment Process

Short AI interview or with a recruiter from agency regarding experience

1. Initial Screen - 30 minutes + Introductory interview to discuss your background, motivation, and overall fit for the role.
2. Technical Interview - 60 minutes + In-depth discussion of your technical experience, coding skills, and relevant technologies.
3. System Design / Architecture Interview - 60 minutes + Assessment of your ability to design scalable systems, make architectural decisions, and solve complex engineering problems.
4. Team / Culture Interview - 45 minutes + Conversation focused on collaboration, communication style, and cultural fit with the team.
5. Final Interview with Alex (CEO) - 30 minutes + Final discussion with the CEO covering your experience, motivation, and alignment with the company’s vision.
6. Offer + Successful candidates will receive an offer.

Built and shipped from zero- to- one in production environments

AI- native development experience - Cursor/Claude Code strong signal

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Hard skills

Experience with AI/ML APIs and prompt engineering, especially local LLM deployment and high- volume inference management

Strong preference for Kubernetes / unmanaged cluster experience

GoLang, Typescript, and Python proficiency

Soft skills

Mentored/managed junior engineers or interested in management

Thrives with ambiguity; self- directs without detailed specs
