Oracle Fusion cloud Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager with strong Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience to lead and coordinate an ERP implementation or transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will be local to the San Jose area and have a proven background managing cloud-based SCM projects involving business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors., * Manage the end-to-end delivery of Cloud SCM implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate activities across SCM functional areas such as Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Product Management.
• Facilitate requirements, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
• Lead project status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and drive them through resolution.
• Manage scope, timelines, deliverables, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, system integrators, and vendors.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover planning, data migration, training, and production-readiness activities.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, documentation, quality, and change-management standards.

• Strong experience managing Cloud ERP and Supply Chain Management projects.
• Proven experience delivering at least one full lifecycle Cloud SCM implementation.
• Solid understanding of core SCM business processes and integrations.
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, risk management, and change control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be local to or within commuting distance of San Jose, California.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or a comparable cloud ERP platform.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certification.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale implementation partners and system integrators.
