Job description

  • Lead/Configure, development, integration, and support of Jenzabar ERP and Blackboard LMS
  • Write and optimize complex SQL/PLSQL code for data-driven applications
  • Manage system architecture, data migration, and performance tuning
  • Collaborate across teams to align technical delivery with institutional needs
  • Mentor developers and drive coding standards and documentation

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise application development and technical leadership
  • In-depth experience with Jenzabar (EX or CX) and Blackboard
  • Strong SQL & PL/SQL (Oracle or similar RDBMS)
  • Knowledge of SIS, LMS integrations, and education data flows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Bonus Skills: Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau) Familiarity with cloud (AWS/Azure) and API integrations Background in higher education IT or edtech systems
