Systems Engineer IV

Insight Global is looking for a senior Systems Engineer to support the JTMS Joint Program Office within a DoD environment. This role will focus on systems engineering, cybersecurity compliance (RMF), system architecture, Agile requirements management, and technical governance. The ideal candidate can bridge technical and business stakeholders while helping drive secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 9+ years of Systems Engineering experience supporting complex IT or DoD systems, * Systems engineering and architecture development
• RMF, cybersecurity accreditation, and compliance activities
• Agile environments and requirements management
• Technical reviews and engineering governance processes - Experience supporting USTRANSCOM, Combatant Commands, or other DoD PMOs
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, cloud technologies, and secure system design
• Experience with SaaS or ERP implementations in a federal environment
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, cloud security, and RMF for cloud solutions
• Experience supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) or SAFe environments
• Experience with system integration, data migration, or master data management
• Experience supporting Change Control Boards (CCBs), Risk Review Boards (RRBs), and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
• Knowledge of testing, audits, accreditation, and sustainment activities
