Lead Programmer/Analyst

ITEC TeamDynamix System Administrator and Developer coordinates, manages, and performs technical activities for TeamDynamix modules and applications. The System Administrator is familiar with all stages of the systems development life cycle, including requirements definition, solution design, development, unit testing, user-acceptance testing, validation and production support. The System Administrator must stay aware of new technologies that impact TeamDynamix by attending service desk related conferences and training annually., + Buffalo State website

Preferred Qualifications

1. Progressive experience with operating systems such as Unix/Linux or Microsoft DOS/Windows
2. Strong knowledge of IT Service Management principles and best practices.
3. Experience in an educational environment
4. Experience with enterprise application administration, systems integrations, and reporting.
5. Knowledge of REST APIs, authentications (LDAP, Active Directory, SSO/SAML)
6. Data imports/exports, reporting, dashboards
7. Workflow and iPaaS automation
8. Experience implementing and troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with vendors or technical teams.
9. ITIL Foundation certification
10. Formal TeamDynamix Administrator training
