SAP SuccessFactors & Payroll Consultant | Belgium

We’re looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll professionals to join an expanding consulting team working on international HR transformation projects.

We’re particularly interested in people with expertise across Employee Central, Time Management, Talent and/or Belgian or Luxembourg payroll.

You don’t need to be an expert in everything. We want to understand where your expertise is strongest and give you the opportunity to develop it further.

What you could be working on

• Owning SuccessFactors workstreams from requirements and workshops through configuration, testing and go-live
• Working with Employee Central, Time Management and/or Talent
• Configuring Time Off and Time Tracking, including accruals, work schedules, overtime and approvals
• Translating Belgian and/or Luxembourg payroll requirements into effective SAP solutions
• Supporting the connection between SuccessFactors Time and Payroll
• Advising clients, solving complex issues and improving HR and payroll processes
• Taking increasing ownership of projects and client relationships as your experience develops

• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or payroll
• Strong functional expertise in your area of specialism
• Implementation and configuration experience for SuccessFactors-focused positions
• Solid Belgian and/or Luxembourg payroll knowledge for payroll-focused positions; experience within a social secretariat is a plus
• Good Excel skills, particularly for payroll-focused positions
• The ability to work independently and, where experienced, lead workstreams from design through to go-live
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• English, plus Dutch or French depending on the client environment
