Data Analyst

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst with a strong data-driven mindset, able to bridge business and IT and translate requirements into process and data improvements.

You will be part of a 4 month international project focus on multicountry PeopleSoft ERP rollout (France, Belgium, UK, US, Canada, Italy, Spain), ensuring data quality, governance and consistency across regions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business & data requirements
• Lead interviews and workshops with stakeholders (business, IT, partners)
• Drive data governance, quality and integration
• Document data flows, processes and functional specs
• Provide insights on risks, data quality and improvements
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 5+ years as Business/Data Analyst

• Strong data modeling (conceptual) and analytical skills
• Experience conducting interviews/workshops
• Ability to structure and simplify complex information
• Experience in data-driven environments (MDM is a plus)
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

• Fluent English (French is a plus).

• Experience with PeopleSoft ERP
• BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
