Routing & Switching Cisco

Job description

Deploy, configure, and manage Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Prisma Access, Cortex, and/or Check Point security solutions including Harmony.
Deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco and/or Aruba switching infrastructure.
Translate customer requirements into technical change requests and implementation plans.
Implement firewall and network security changes following best practices.
Monitor, manage, and optimize firewalls, networking equipment, and security systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking, connectivity, and routing issues.
Provide technical support both remotely and on customer premises when required.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in the design and implementation of cybersecurity and networking solutions.
Participate in security and infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle.Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Network & Security Engineering.
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks and/or Check Point security platforms.
Professional certifications such as PCNSE and/or CCSE are highly desirable.
Experience with Cisco and/or Aruba switching technologies.
Strong understanding of network architecture, design, and maintenance principles.
Solid knowledge of VPN technologies and secure remote access solutions.
Experience with routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and related technologies.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
