Job description
We’re looking for a Service Improvement Assistant - InformationNow to support the development and improvement of InformationNOW, Newcastle’s trusted information and advice service.
The role will help ensure residents, professionals and partners can access accurate, accessible information that supports independence, wellbeing and early intervention.
- Maintain and quality assure InformationNOW content
- Work with services and partners to keep information accurate, accessible and user-focused
- Support service improvement, digital developments and neighbourhood working
- Use feedback, data and local insight to improve information and support
By increasing capacity in the InformationNOW team, you’ll help us respond to growing demand, strengthen prevention and improve outcomes for people in Newcastle.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone organised, motivated and confident working with digital information, partners and communities.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
- An interest in service improvement, digital solutions and customer experience
- Attention to detail and confidence using digital systems
- Experience of website content management, digital communications or project support would be helpful, but is not essential.
