CRM & BI AnalystAn established organisation within its sector, this company is entering an exciting period of investment and transformation across its data, systems and technology infrastructure. This is an opportunity to join a growing function and contribute to how data is managed, reported and used across the organisation.About youYou’ll ideally have 2-4 years’ experience within a CRM, BI, Power BI, Data or Reporting Analyst position. You’ll have experience with:Power BI and developing interactive dashboards and reportsPower Query and DAXData modelling and reporting datasetsSQL and relational databasesMicrosoft Dynamics 365 or another CRM platformData visualisation and presenting information clearlyData quality, validation and reconciliationGathering requirements from non-technical stakeholdersTranslating business requirements into meaningful reporting solutionsExperience with Microsoft Azure, Fabric or other modern Microsoft data technologies would be advantageous. You’ll be a strong communicator who enjoys understanding the business problem behind the data and working with stakeholders to develop practical solutions.What you’ll doDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data visualisationsSupport the day-to-day management and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365Work with stakeholders to understand their CRM, reporting and data requirementsBuild and maintain data models and reporting datasetsUse Power Query and DAX to transform and analyse dataWork with data from CRM, finance, operational and other business systemsHelp improve data quality, consistency and accuracyIdentify opportunities to improve reporting and data processesSupport the development of consistent business metrics and definitionsWork alongside the wider Data & Systems team on data and systems initiativesHelp stakeholders understand and make better use of their dataContribute to creating a more joined-up and trusted view of business information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
