SAP Life Sciences Manager

• A degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification provides the foundation for your professional expertise.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting, implementation, and transformation projects, with strong exposure to the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or Healthcare sectors.
• Proven experience in leading SAP transformation programmes and workstreams, from strategy and design through implementation and deployment.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and relevant SAP solutions supporting Life Sciences organisations.
• Strong understanding of Life Sciences business processes, regulatory requirements, data governance, and the challenges associated with complex pharmaceutical, MedTech, and healthcare organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, lead project teams, coordinate stakeholders, and support business development activities.
• Comfortable operating across both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments, with a strong understanding of S/4HANA transformation and migration considerations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior business and technology leaders.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and, where required, internationally.
